Health Examination Appointment Guidelines

Appointment Registration

Online appointment is required.
Please select “FPCU (Foreigner Physical Check-Up) Outpatient Department.”

First-time visitors must bring a passport, ARC (if available), and photo(s) to Cashier Counter No. 7 to create a medical record before proceeding to the clinic.


Examination Types

Foreigner health examinations include:

  • Migrant Worker Health Examination

  • Residence or Permanent Residence Application Examination

  • Foreign Language Teacher Health Examination

  • Short-Term Study or Training Stay Health Examination


Examination Fees

Fees vary depending on the examination type.
The cost ranges from approximately NTD 1,300 to NTD 2,300.
(The final amount is subject to the hospital billing system.)


Check-In Counter & Service Time

  • Day: Thursday only

  • Time: 13:30–15:30

  • Location:
    Basement Floor (B1), Third Medical Building, Clinic Area No. 37

⚠️ Walk-in registration is not accepted. Online appointment is required in advance.


Checkup Location & Registration Procedure

First-Time Visit Check-In

  1. Upon arrival, go to Cashier Counter No. 7 to complete first-visit registration.

  2. After registration, proceed to Clinic Area No. 37, B1, Third Medical Building.

  3. Identity verification will be conducted (passport, ARC, and photo).

Individual & Group Check-In

  • Report directly to Clinic Area No. 37, B1, Third Medical Building.

  • Identity verification is required (passport or ARC and photo).


Required Documents

On the day of examination, please bring:

  • Passport

  • ARC (passport only if applying for ARC for the first time)

  • Two 2-inch photos

  • Measles and Rubella vaccination certificate or antibody test proof (if available)

  • National Health Insurance Card and Taiwan ID (if applicable)


Checkup Process

  1. Make an online appointment and select “FPCU Outpatient Department.”

  2. First-time visitors complete registration at Cashier Counter No. 7.

  3. Check in at Clinic Area No. 37, B1, Third Medical Building.

  4. Fill out personal information forms.

  5. Undergo basic measurements and examinations at Clinic Area No. 37.

  6. Physical examination and skin evaluation (if required) will be performed by a physician at Clinic Area No. 39.

  7. Pay examination fees at Cashier Counter No. 7, 1F, Front Outpatient Building.

  8. Proceed to:

    • Laboratory Department, 1F, Front Outpatient Building

    • Radiology Department, 1F, Front Outpatient Building
      as instructed on your examination forms.


Medical Report Collection

In-Person Pickup

  • Available from Day 8 after examination

  • Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

  • Time: 08:30–11:30

  • Location: Clinic Area No. 37

  • Please present:

    • Receipt

    • Passport or ARC

Report Mailing Service

  • Inform the clinic nurse on the examination day

  • Prepare:

    • An envelope

    • Postage stamp (NTD 36)

    • Mailing address
