Department Overview

Our department provides a wide range of services including inpatient meal services, clinical nutrition therapy, community nutrition, and long-term care nutrition. In recent years, the department has also expanded into nutrition education, talent development, and research.
We are committed to delivering safe, nutritious, and patient-centered meals. In 2023, our hospital kitchen passed HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) certification and was rated as Excellent by the Hsinchu County Health Bureau's food safety evaluation.
To promote sustainability, we use reusable eco-friendly utensils to protect both public health and the environment.
