About the Department

The Allergy, Immunology & Rheumatology Department is a medical specialty focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of immune-related conditions, allergic disorders, and rheumatic diseases. These conditions often involve abnormal immune responses, ranging from allergic reactions to autoimmune diseases. Below is an overview of the department’s key responsibilities:

1. Allergic Disease Management
   Our physicians diagnose and treat allergic conditions such as allergic rhinitis, asthma, and urticaria (hives). We provide allergy testing, identify allergens, and offer personalized treatments to reduce allergic reactions and improve patient comfort.

2. Autoimmune Diseases
   We specialize in autoimmune disorders, where the immune system mistakenly attacks the body’s own tissues. Common conditions include rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD).

3. Immunodeficiency Disorders

4. Rheumatic Diseases
