Laser Prostate Surgery

Laser prostate surgery is currently one of the standard treatments for benign prostatic hyperplasia.
It is suitable for prostates of various sizes and anatomical types, and allows tissue samples to be obtained for pathological examination.

Although hospitalization for approximately 3–4 days is required and retrograde ejaculation may occur, overall treatment outcomes are stable with a low recurrence rate.


REZUM (Water Vapor Thermal Therapy)

REZUM therapy is performed under endoscopic guidance via the urethra.
High-temperature water vapor is injected into the prostate, causing the enlarged tissue to undergo necrosis and shrinkage.

This reduces prostate volume and relieves urinary obstruction.
The procedure can be performed under local anesthesia or light sedation and is usually completed within 30 minutes.
