Admission Procedure

  1. First, visit the outpatient clinic or emergency department, where the doctor will assess your condition and, if necessary, issue a Hospital Admission Permit.
  2. Proceed to the Inpatient Services Unit to complete admission procedures.
Please present the required documents, such as your National Health Insurance (NHI) card, Veteran ID, Catastrophic Illness Card, or other relevant identification.
  3. After completing the admission process, you may move into your hospital ward to begin inpatient treatment.
Please hand your NHI card to the nursing station for safekeeping during your stay.
Notes:
  • Supplemental NHI card submission:
If a patient covered by National Health Insurance does not have their NHI card at admission, please bring it to the Inpatient Services Unit within the time limit set by the NHI Administration to enjoy applicable coverage and benefits.
  • For outpatient or emergency patients who did not bring their NHI card or have outstanding payments, please visit the Outpatient/Emergency Billing Counter to complete the necessary procedures or pay any outstanding fees.
