Emergency room nursing staff will conduct triage and ask about your condition to make a preliminary assessment and determine whether it meets the criteria for emergency treatment.

If your condition meets emergency criteria:

• If you are not a first-time patient, please go directly to the registration office to register.

• If you are a first-time patient, please go to the registration window to fill out a “New Patient Form.”

• When seeing the doctor in the Emergency Room, please present your National Health Insurance (NHI) card and other relevant documents.
  If you have symptoms such as fever or cough, please inform the medical staff in advance.

• Please pay all required fees at the registration/payment counter.

• Please wait at the pharmacy to collect your medications.

• Outpatient visit completed.

If your condition does not meet emergency criteria:

• You will be directed to receive treatment in the outpatient department instead.
